Career opportunity : CRM and Email Marketing Manager


Hybrid in Nottingham Office preferred.

Following exciting growth, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who’s passionate about digital channels and ready to specialise as a CRM and Email Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity which spans two organisations across two sectors giving you experience in building up both your B2B and B2C marketing portfolio.


  • Identify target audience across each organisation and grow our email lists with the right data 
  • Own segments, personas and lists within our CRMs
  • Write, design, implement and deliver direct email marketing campaigns across targeted audiences 
  • Write external-facing newsletters and email segments 
  • Build automated nurturing workflows and evergreen email campaigns based on segments, data points and activity 
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Harness personalisation and dynamic content as well as understand all the advanced features available to us in Hubspot 
  • Build and clean email databases for the best lead generation
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make improvements based on informed analytics 
  • A/B test all emails 
  • Work with the Brand team to create on-brand and optimized email templates and landing pages

Website management 

  • Own and manage one website with a strong focus on driving conversion and restaurant bookings
  • Ensure all booking journeys are as frictionless and seamless as possible
  • Work with the team to ensure events and campaigns are promoted through the website and email channels 
  • Write, implement and ensure all communication is up to date across the website 


Basic qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive, Email Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress, 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology like Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for email marketing
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
