What have we been up to?
For starters, we’ve seen the official launch of our LXP, welcomed wonderful new clients onboard, exhibited at and organised exciting events, and just generally been thriving (pun intended) as a business…
On top of all that, the content team have been working hard, flexing their creative muscles, and perfecting a heap of new microlearning modules. They’ve added modules on flexible thinking, project management and gender identity, as well as content for our monthly Hot Topic, ‘Is your personal data under threat?’
As promised, we’ve grown our Skills for Work and Life bundle and created one on Corporate Governance, but that’s not all. Add to the list our Digital Skills bundle and our Insurance bundle in partnership with D&G, plus a bunch of add on modules to our existing bundles.

What does Brexit actually mean? Do I really need to drink that much water? What on earth is BitCoin? Each month we’ll share a short and snappy video that answers those unanswered questions, explains topical points in the media, or just gives a little clarity on stuff that puzzles us all.
Corporate social responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is more than just token actions. It’s a whole new way of thinking. We’ll explore different aspects of CSR, from sustainability and environmental impact to business ethics and charitable activities.
Mental health is as important as physical health, just not as easy to spot. We have a set of modules on mental health in the pipeline, which will cover topics ranging from what is mental ill health, techniques to deal with anxiety and depression, and how to build personal mental health resilience.
A happy workforce is an efficient and productive one, too. This bundle will make sure your team know how to maintain good levels of health and wellbeing at work and at home. Content will cover areas such as what makes a healthy workplace, the benefits, and how to spot, manage and prevent potential problems.
At Thrive we are working hard to grow our library of off-the-shelf elearning, with over 100 resources ready by the end of 2019. We offer modules individually or as bundles, so that you can avoid paying for content you don’t need.
