Explore our latest people policies to give back to our community and prioritise diversity and inclusion.
Cassie Gasson Chief Marketing Officer
Starting the year as we mean to go on, we're sharing a range of new people policies and company initiatives to give back to our community and the L&D industry as well as some goals to aim for in 2021 and beyond.
From today anyone in learning and development joining a new company can choose up to five modules from THRIVE’s microlearning catalogue for free. Emma Layton, Chief Operating Officer at THRIVE commented:
“New beginnings aren’t always easy. We want to help others in L&D kick start their new role in the best way possible. Hopefully, the content from our microlearning catalogue can bring even more excitement and help celebrate the success of others in our industry.”
With 170+ modules to choose from, L&D teams are able to select the topics that support their new strategy, form part of a learning campaign or simply fill any crucial content gaps.
Last year, we supported a range of charities and initiatives which helped us give back to our community and raise awareness of important issues.
THRIVE’s new volunteer programme gives our people the opportunity to give back to causes that mean the most to them. Each person at THRIVE can donate £1,000 to a charity of their choice after completing 25 hours of voluntary work throughout the year.
Sean Reddington, CEO at THRIVE commented:
“We truly believe to move forward we need to give back. Our team is so passionate about doing the right thing and I’m so thrilled to launch this new initiative that means each person can give back to a cause that’s close to their heart.”
Our unlimited annual leave and flexible working arrangements mean that our people have the option to weave voluntary work into their everyday lives and find a routine that works for them.
As THRIVE continues to grow, we're committed to make diversity, equality and inclusion part of building our workforce.
With 50% of females in the senior leadership team and 17% of THRIVE's workforce from a BAME background, we strive to support diversity across the business by bringing in initiatives to increase career pathways and accessibility to the technology industry, starting with the following:
In a world where trust and transparency are more important than ever, we've decided to publish THRIVE learning experience platform pricing and support an all-in approach to our products. This means there are never any hidden costs, instead everything’s included in one upfront price and there are no extra charges for services such as implementation, migration, training or hosting.
