Employee training and skills
Traditional skills strategies result in unhappy learners, unhappy managers and terrible datasets. It's time to upgrade to something better.

Find out what THRIVE is up to in Orlando this May and how to support Mental Health Awareness Month.
Nicole L'ecuyer US Head of Marketing
THRIVE's big US debut was back in October at DevLearn in Las Vegas. If you saw us, I bet you thought we couldn't go any bigger - or brighter. Well, we are.
In May, we’ll be traveling to Orlando to attend the ATD 2022 International Conference & EXPO, and our booth (#417) is bigger than ever.
Not only will we be showing you how some of our new customers are using THRIVE (hint: the best coconut water in the game), we’ll also be introducing THRIVE's brand new, complete Learning & Skills Platform.
After listening to countless people's confusion over industry acronyms and over-complicated tech stacks, we've created an industry-first, consolidated approach to upskilling, learning, communications and collaborative knowledge sharing - and you'll be the one of the first to see it in action at ATD.
We’ll also be hosting a session with THRIVE Co-Founder, Mark Ward, and Scott Credit Union's Training & Development Manager, Nate Rowlan, on Debunking the BS in L&D on Sunday, May 15 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. You’ll learn how to take a step back from the industry jargon and cut through the noise to find the best solution to your problem, along with tips to utilize everyday technology to drive a thriving learning culture.
If you’re searching for some great content, we’ll have some of our best THRIVE Tribe storytellers ready to show you the Content Club, our 600+ (and growing) resource library. To honor Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re hosting Bubbly Therapy and giving away free mental health resources that you can share with your team when you get back home. And, we’re taking the pledge to #breakthestigma.
The National Alliance of Mental Illness is promoting the StigmaFree campaign and THRIVE wants to bring this to the show floors at ATD. The "StigmaFree campaign is NAMI’s effort to end stigma and create hope for those affected by mental illness. Through powerful words and actions, we can shift the social and systemic barriers for those living with mental health conditions." To support this campaign, THRIVE will be donating $5 to NAMI for each ATD attendee that completes the pledge here (if you want to get a head start).
The THRIVE booth (#417) won’t just be the place to learn about the first Learning & Skills Platform on the market. It will be the place to be full stop.
If we learned anything at DevLearn it was that free coffee all day is a necessity, interactive games warm the body and mind up after sitting in sessions and giveaways are necessary. Oh, and one happy hour is great but two are even better. So, we’ll have coffee ready for you to consume all day, every day, pop shot to warm up your muscles, THRIVE Teddie collectibles to bring home and champagne to toast to. Make sure to save your spot today!
Consistently brilliant. Often unsung. Support teams contribute so much to customer happiness, and at THRIVE, that’s never rung truer.
