Following the success of our Totara LMS migration tool, which has helped organisations like Atalian, Scottish Government, Yopa, Dorset Council and Great Places Housing Group upgrade their learning management systems, we've extended our service to help companies using Fuse Universal migrate to our next gen Learning Platform.

The LMS converter tool enables a simple and straightforward migration process that imports all your current content and user data, runs it through our Thrive personalisation engine, and prepopulates your new Thrive Learning Platform.
This ensures the best learner experience from day one, and means your learners will only see existing content that’s relevant to them.
IWG's Head of Global Learning & Development Jeremy Hoyland commented on their migration from Fuse Universal to Thrive:

We transferred from a Learning & Skills Platform but have immediately seen better search functionality, a faster site, a better mobile experience and a more engaging and flexible design. That is all good, but what’s really knocked it out the park has been the bundled GetAbstract and Anders Pink integrations which have exploded the amount of content we can offer our people. Here’s to a successful partnership. We’re off to a great start.”
Thrive combines the compliance requirements of an LMS with personalisation, social learning and a consumer grade experience. The new LMS converter tool is a feature included with every Thrive Platform purchase, and will make the migration journey a pain-free process for L&D teams looking to upgrade.
