Skills and goals

Great leadership starts with building great skills. Whether they’re soft skills like communication and conflict resolution, or hard skills like project management and data analysis, Thrive’s Skills and Goals functionality allows you to lay out exactly what your future leaders need to excel.

Skills Progression allows your learners to set the targets they want to reach, get recognised as an expert, and receive content recommendations to help them continue levelling up. Meanwhile, Goals functionality uses custom learning journeys to help them work towards targets that resonate with them.

Communication

Communication is the key to an autonomous learning culture; one that helps future leaders thrive. With Thrive’s easy and intuitive Comms features, your leaders can practise coaching and mentoring through open communication. Thrive’s social-media-like functionality slots effortlessly into their everyday lives and allows them to connect through likes, shares, comments and more.
