Empowering campaign led learning
Thrive's human approach to learning design caught their eye, and they were impressed with the fact it supported how people learn in the real world. Knowing they had found a match, the L&D team at NHS Property Services decided to strip out all their old content libraries and launch Thrive Content alongside a new LMS. With current and topical learning resources at their fingertips, NHS Property Services were empowered with a new campaign-led approach to learning. They soon mapped out which titles would support learning at work week, and released a module per week via their comms tool Yammer to get their employees learning and talking.
