NHS Property Services harnessed Thrive content to drive engaging learning campaigns.
NHS Property Services has one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3,000 properties with 7,000 tenants across England. Historically, their learning content addressed compliance subjects that weren’t engaging enough or truly accessible for their learners. The L&D team at NHS Property Services needed something more unique and progressive that was mobile friendly and covered a breadth of different topics including Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Empowering campaign led learning

Thrive's human approach to learning design caught their eye, and they were impressed with the fact it supported how people learn in the real world. Knowing they had found a match, the L&D team at NHS Property Services decided to strip out all their old content libraries and launch Thrive Content alongside a new LMS. With current and topical learning resources at their fingertips, NHS Property Services were empowered with a new campaign-led approach to learning. They soon mapped out which titles would support learning at work week, and released a module per week via their comms tool Yammer to get their employees learning and talking.

Preset pathways and campaigns

Next, Thrive Content’s prebuilt pathways enabled the team to deliver a robust Pride month campaign with a collection of resources that cover topics from ‘how to be an ally’ to understanding gender pronouns. Across the board, Thrive Content has received all 4 or 5/5 stars from learners themselves, and the organisation has seen engagement double from 500 logins to 1,000 since their new offering launched. The L&D team at NHS Property Services has plenty of plans to use Thrive’s resources to support upcoming initiatives including live events, their ‘keeping great people’ campaign that focuses on career week and leadership behaviours.
