Since launching Thrive four years ago, IWG's engagement has gone from strength to strength. They've now surpassed 8 million content views on the platform, with usage continuing to grow year on year. Analytics dashboards give the global L&D team real-time visibility of engagement across every region, enabling faster decisions and more targeted content delivery at scale.
In just the past 12 months alone, IWG has seen over 50,000 event signups and enrolled more than 12,000 employees in training programmes. With more than 13,000 colleagues based all over the world, they've hosted 1,050 individual events across time zones, all powered by Thrive, building a genuine sense of community that's accessible from anywhere, at any time.
