Overview

In October 2026, Thrive released Pages in the AI Content Creator. Pages is a multi-page content builder that splits a single piece of learning into distinct sections, each with its own title, description, content and layout. It's built for longer, structured learning like onboarding journeys, certifications and product training, with clear progress for every learner.

What's new

  • Authors can build multi-page learning experiences inside a single piece of content.
  • Each page has its own title, description, content and layout.
  • Learners move between pages in order or jump around using a sidebar navigator.
  • Page ticks and a progress count, such as "2 of 5", show learners where they are.
  • Completion rules work across pages, including complete on view and confirm and understand.

Why / benefits

  • Longer content gets clear structure and progression rather than one long scroll.
  • Ideal for onboarding flows, certifications and topic deep dives.
  • Each page can use its own layout, adding variety across longer pieces.
  • Organisations can build rich learning in Thrive instead of external authoring tools.

How it works

  • An author adds pages to a piece of content in the Content Creator.
  • Each page is built with blocks and its own layout.
  • Learners see which pages they've opened and can return to any they've missed.
  • Where content is completed by a quiz, assessment or elearning, completion works as it does today.
  • Existing single-page content is unaffected until an author adds pages.

Use cases

  • A retail business builds a new joiner onboarding with pages for welcome, company culture, role induction, IT setup and meeting the team.
  • An insurance firm builds a compliance certification with a regulatory overview, case studies and a final assessment across three pages.
  • A software company builds product training section by section, from the basics to advanced workflows.

People/personas

  • L&D teams and content creators building structured, multi-topic learning journeys.
  • Internal comms teams creating campaign-style content.
  • Organisations moving away from external authoring tools.
