Thrive has been named on the Financial Times' FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies — a reflection of record growth, two major acquisitions, and a platform built for the future of work.

We're back, and we're growing.

In 2025, the Financial Times ranked Thrive in the top 100 fastest-growing companies in Britain. In 2026, they've named us one of Europe's fastest-growing companies on the FT1000 — their prestigious annual ranking of the top 1,000 businesses by compound annual revenue growth, compiled in partnership with Statista.

Two years on the same publication's lists, and the trajectory is holding.

A year that moved fast

2025 was a big year for Thrive. We acquired Guider, the UK's leading mentoring and coaching platform, bringing structured, human-centred development into the Thrive ecosystem. Shortly after, we acquired Huler — a next-gen employee hub with AI-powered search and personalisation. Together, these moves helped create the world's first fully integrated learning, mentoring and employee experience platform.

Both moves were deliberate steps towards something we've believed in from the start: that learning, mentoring and employee experience shouldn't live in separate tools, pulling people in different directions. They belong together, in one place that people actually want to use.

The ambition is clear. So are the results.

Growth that means something

Appearing on the FT1000 for the second year in a row is worth celebrating. What makes it mean something, though, is the growth happening inside the organisations we work with — people developing real skills and doing better work because of it.

Our growth is a byproduct of our customers' success. When the teams using Thrive build skills that stick and hit goals that matter, we all move forward together.

What's next for Thrive

We're not slowing down. The acquisitions of Guider and Huler have set the stage for the most connected, most capable version of Thrive yet — and we're only getting started on what that platform can do for the people who use it every day.

If you're already a Thrive customer, thank you. This recognition belongs to you as much as it does to us. You've trusted us with something that matters — your people's development — and we don't take that lightly.

And if you haven't seen Thrive yet, now's a good time to take a look.

See Thrive in action.
