Broadcast Content Removal

Broadcast was a legacy content type, with creation disabled for all customers last year. As part of ongoing platform simplification, all existing Broadcast content has now been removed, following a one month notice period.

• All existing Broadcast content has been permanently removed from the platform
• No other content types are affected by this change

• Removes functionality that had already been phased out and was no longer aligned with current product direction
• Reduces platform complexity by eliminating an unused legacy content type
• Encourages use of Mixed Content and other supported formats for communications and learning

• Customers were notified of the upcoming removal, with a one month notice period during which existing content remained viewable
• After the notice period, all Broadcast content was permanently deleted and is no longer accessible or recoverable

• An organisation that previously used Broadcast content recreates important messages using Mixed Content or another supported format.

• Organisations that previously used Broadcast content, who are guided toward Mixed Content and other supported formats
