Custom HTML Blocks

Custom HTML blocks were previously enabled for a single customer as a one-off configuration. This capability is now available to all customers, and extends further, with Super Admins able to add HTML blocks into Mixed Content as well as Spaces.

• Custom HTML blocks can be added to Spaces, for custom layouts, branded sections or interactive elements
• Custom HTML blocks can also be added within Mixed Content, alongside other content types

• Lets Super Admins create on-brand, visually rich learning experiences that match their company identity
• Allows third-party widgets, iframes or interactive tools to be embedded directly into content
• Goes beyond out-of-the-box formatting without waiting on custom development

• A Super Admin navigates to a Space or a Mixed Content item and adds a new block
• They select the HTML block option and paste or write their custom HTML code
• The HTML renders directly within the Space or Mixed Content for learners

• An onboarding Space embeds a custom HTML welcome banner with company branding and dynamic messaging.
• A piece of Mixed Content embeds a third-party survey tool directly alongside the learning material.
