This partnership marks another step in Thrive's mission to meet learners wherever they are, whether that's inside the platform or within the everyday tools they already use. By connecting with Leena AI, Thrive customers can now surface learning, take action and build skills without leaving their existing workflow.

The certified Thrive MCP integration lets employees ask a question in plain language and have Leena AI surface the right learning, take action on their behalf and keep them moving, without switching tools or logging into another system.
