Thrive continues to win in 2025!

From The Sunday Times to Learning Excellence, we’ve raked in six awards in 2025 alone – and we’re not even halfway through the year. Now, we’re pleased to have been recognised as one of the top 500 fastest-growing tech companies by Deloitte. They’ve officially ranked Thrive among the EMEA Technology Fast 500, celebrating the fastest-growing tech innovators across the region.

‍

What’s the Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast 500?

The EMEA Technology Fast 500 is Deloitte’s prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing tech companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa – and it’s a huge honour to be included amongst contemporaries such as Sourcewhale, OnHand, and Ardaga.

The ranking recognises exceptional innovation and rapid revenue growth, spotlighting the businesses reshaping industries and setting the pace for the future of technology. Making the list signals not only commercial success, but also influence on a global scale.

From our relatively recent beginnings in 2019, through to our chart-topping success in 2025 and working with the likes of Volvo, Avon, and British Airways, Thrive has barely stopped to take a breath. It’s no wonder that our rapid growth has been recognised by multiple awards this year alone.

So, what does winning an award like this mean to us?

‍

Everything we do is for our customers

‍

“Being recognised by Deloitte reflects not just the pace at which Thrive is growing, but the value we’re delivering to our customers. Customers and end users are at the core of our decisions, and we’ve always believed in combining innovation with real-world impact - so this recognition reinforces that we’re on the right path.”

Only getting started

We’re immensely proud to be recognised by Deloitte, but we’re not resting on our laurels. (We’ve already been shortlisted for L&D Institute’s Excellence in Learning Awards for Best Digital Learning Initiative!)

We don’t just win alone – we win with our customers. We’ve helped brands like Sumo, Jet2Holidays, and Ann Summers take home the gold from prestigious awards like Brandon Hall, Learning Technologies, and more. Could you be next?

We’re honoured that Deloitte can see the innovation we’re bringing to L&D. If you want to see the ground-breaking features for yourself, take a look at our Spring Release.
