Mentoring Content Packs on Mobile

Mentoring Content Packs let organisations attach curated content directly to a mentoring session. Previously available on desktop only, this release brings the same experience to the Thrive mobile app.

• Mentoring Content Packs now render natively inside the mobile app's mentoring interface
• Mentors and mentees see their assigned content on their phone, with no functional gap versus desktop
• Viewer role and pre or post-session display rules work exactly as they do on desktop

• Mentors and mentees are no longer tied to a desktop to prepare for or reflect on a session
• Removes the gap between desktop and mobile mentoring experiences
• More opportunities to engage with content increases the value of that investment

• Admins configure Content Packs exactly as they do today on desktop, configuration stays on desktop only
• Once attached, content automatically surfaces inside the mobile app's mentoring interface

• A mentee reviews pre-session material on their phone during their commute, without needing a laptop.
• Field-based or frontline mentoring programmes, where desktop access is limited, can now fully benefit from Content Packs.

• Mentors access session-aligned content, including mentor-only materials, directly from the mobile app
• Mentees view assigned content on the go, without needing desktop access
