Improvements to Pathway Content Picker

The content picker is a core part of the pathway builder, used to search for and add content to a learning journey. This update reduces the number of searches needed and gives admins more control over finding the right content.

• Sequential search within one module, so admins can run several searches and add content from each in one go, instead of reopening the picker every time
• Advanced filtering by content type, endorsed status, and Structures and Audiences
• Content previews show a thumbnail rather than just a name, so admins can confirm the right asset before adding it

• Faster pathway building, admins stay in one module and add multiple content pieces without back and forth
• Better accuracy, visual previews and filtering reduce the risk of adding the wrong content
• Smarter searching, content type filters cut down on scrolling through irrelevant results
