Combo Box Custom Fields with Bulk Upload

This release adds a third custom field type, Combo box, built around cascading parent and child dropdowns, with values managed in bulk via CSV upload, configured from Platform settings. Smart Audience rules now also support Combo box and checkbox custom fields.

• A Combo box field type with cascading parent and child dropdowns, for example Country, Retailer, Store
• Bulk creation of field values via CSV upload, with a review screen for export, profile visibility and edit permissions
• Combo box fields available in onboarding, admin user management and the learner profile
• Smart Audience rules now support Combo box and checkbox custom fields

• Large organisations with thousands of dropdown values can manage them via CSV instead of manual entry
• Cascading relationships mean clean, dependent answers from learners, with no free-text variance
• Captured data can now drive content visibility, comms and reporting through audience rules

• Admins create a Combo box field and upload a CSV defining the values and their parent and child relationships
• Once published, the field can be added to onboarding or shown on the learner profile
• Dropdowns appear in sequence, with a child field only enabled once its parent has a value
• New joiners are added to matching Smart Audiences at the end of onboarding

• A large enterprise customer with tens of thousands of locations manages a Country, Retailer, Store hierarchy via CSV rather than manual entry.
