Kiki New Tooling

Kiki has so far been largely read-only. This release gives Kiki the ability to act, creating, editing, sharing and managing across the platform conversationally, not just answering questions.

• 85 tools in total across fourteen categories, covering content, users, tags, audiences, events, groups and Spaces
• Structured search across content, users, tags, audiences, events and groups
• The ability to create and publish content, tag and endorse it, manage audiences and events, and moderate content
• An admin tool settings page to switch individual tools on or off for the organisation

• Admins can hand off repetitive platform housekeeping, like bulk tagging or cleaning up stale content, to Kiki conversationally
• Learners get self-serve actions without hunting through the interface, such as registering for events or joining spaces

• Write actions require user approval before they run, and sensitive tools such as content creation or role changes default to off until an admin enables them
• If information is missing, Kiki asks a clarifying question rather than guessing

• An admin asks Kiki to find all content not viewed in the last eighteen months, reviews the results, then archives it all in one action.
• A team lead asks Kiki to help organise a team event, answers a couple of clarifying questions, and the event is created and ready to share.

• Platform admins get the most value, with bulk management, moderation and content operations all available conversationally
• Learners benefit from self-serve engagement actions like event registration and following colleagues
