Career opportunity : Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our fun and fast growing sales team! You will be responsible for generating new qualified business opportunities with potential THRIVE customers globally.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate in Brighton, but we would still love to hear from you if you are based somewhere else in the UK.

We have offices in Nottingham, Manchester and Brighton.

Key responsibilities:

You will play a key role in generating new business for THRIVE by initiating the sales process and providing first impressions to prospects around the globe.

Integral to the wider business, as an SDR you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth by owning the first steps of the sales process and contributing to this amazing team.

What to expect from the role:

  • Generate qualified leads through a multi-channel approach of emails, creative videos, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and ‘out of the box’ social selling techniques.
  • Spend time researching your ICP accounts and target industries to make your outreach relevant and impactful.
  • Building initial relationships with prospective clients and contributing to THRIVE’s accelerating presence in the industry.
  • Booking product tours of THRIVE’s services and products with L&D teams, leading to qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Achieve your monthly and quarterly targets.

 

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

  • A genuine desire to succeed and have an impactful career within tech sales.
  • A resilient attitude and the ability to self-reflect on their own performance.
  • A target driven and self-motivated mindset that makes them agile in the way they work. (The industry moves fast, but we move faster!)
  • Some direct experience within sales or some demonstrated success within a customer facing role.
  • Is a resident in the UK.
