More than just mandatory training
Until recently, mandatory training had dominated the learning agenda at Staffline - but it was time for a change. They needed to offer more technical, role-based learning as well as leadership and soft skills training for their 2,000 employees.
How Thrive met the challenge
Staffline’s current compliance system was no longer meeting the needs of the business, or their learners. They wanted a new, modern learning platform that would implement a self-led learning culture while focussing on:
- Self directed learning at the point of need
- User-generated content
- Modern learning experiences, with UI and UX that will wow their employees
- Campaigns to help them market learning and make it engaging
- Track learner history for line managers to encourage performance conversations
Together with Staffline, Thrive helped to deliver a slick, fully-branded learning experience platform that emulated the look and feel of social media channels, rather than a traditional LMS.

to describe how much Thrive helped them mirror the experiences their employees have in their personal lives.
That doesn’t only apply to look and feel; Staffline now offers a personalised approach to learning that uses AI to recommend relevant content to each individual.
