In 2026, we’re introducing more intelligent, configurable pathways that adapt to each learner’s needs. Organisations will be able to tailor learning journeys based on role, position, seniority, language, and other rules, while AI-driven models help surface the most relevant content and routes for every individual.

Spaces are collections of custom pages to serve specific groups with targeted information, collaboration, and community.

You’ll be able to build pages using drag-and-drop elements; whether you’re sharing key resources with a department, onboarding new joiners, or creating a hub for an employee group.

Spaces help you to deliver the right content to the right people, with the option to enable a social feed for discussions, updates, and peer-to-peer sharing. It’s where structured content meets social connection.

We’re expanding into the UAE with locally hosted services — delivering faster, more secure access and full compliance with PDPL, GDPR, and local regulations. Hosted via AWS and Microsoft Azure, and now with a refreshed UI that supports Arabic and right-to-left reading, Thrive is making it easier than ever for businesses in the region to scale learning, prove impact, and stay compliant.

Following the early access launch in the 2025 Winter Release, Thrive Mentoring will expand to create a richer, more structured experience for both mentors and learners. With verified mentors, smarter matching, and new tools to launch and manage programmes, organisations will be able to deliver mentoring at scale with confidence and ease.

ThriveLink is our new powerful connector that integrates Thrive with hundreds of third-party systems and software. It will simplify the integration process and custom work required to connect your learning platform to the rest of your ecosystem.

Empower your team to receive support from people other than their line manager. It's common to receive learning and development support from coaches, mentors and colleagues outside of your immediate manager. This enhancement will allow customers to configure individual employees' settings, enabling more than one manager at a time to view and support that employee within Thrive

With self-registration, users will be able to create a Thrive account using any email address - no corporate domain needed.

Thrive Analyse are our powerful Embedded Analytics Dashboards giving you instant access to the data you need, empowering you to monitor progress, behaviour and compliance whilst measuring your learning's effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.

Following the launch of Observed Assessments at the 2025 Winter Release, in 2026 we’re strengthening our assessment and survey capabilities to help organisations better understand behaviours, knowledge, and learner sentiment. With improved tools for data collection, feedback, and pathway-aligned surveys, teams will be able to measure impact more effectively and support continuous improvement.

Perfect for industries like aviation, manufacturing and distribution, assessments will allow your people record evidence of their work or have an observer verify their performance – so you know they’re competent, compliant and ready to go.

Badges provide a great way for customers to recognise the achievements of their people, while users gain rewards through completion, attendance, activity, and engagement. We're aiming to improve the existing Achievements feature, which will partially include the ability to customise or brand the badges, and support non-English languages.

We’re taking broadcasts to the next level. Get ready to add more speakers to your events, enabling your teams and leaders to present together live. We’re also making it easier than ever for your audience to stay connected with an enhanced mobile experience that will ensure you reach more people, anywhere, anytime.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing UX and UI and continually improving accessibility, this project continues to improve the design and user experience across the platform, including the new Thrive homepage which curates a new employee experience from the very beginning.

We’re continuing to build on the strong foundations of the Thrive mobile app to deliver an even smoother and more capable learning experience on the go. Enhancing learner-facing features — from pathways, skills, and goals to mentoring, social interactions, and Kiki — ensures the mobile experience feels as powerful and intuitive as desktop. Enhancements like Offline Mode and Speech to Text will deepen the app’s flexibility and accessibility for learners in every environment.

We also have a branded app store experience for customers who want their own space, branding and name in the Google Play and App store. The white labelled Thrive App allows you to launch a fully customised mobile app complete with your brand name, logo, and identity that's separate from the core Thrive App which will still be available, whilst still receiving the frequent updates and improvements.

In 2026, we’re taking the Content Creator to new heights — expanding creative possibilities, strengthening global support, and making it even easier for teams to collaborate and produce high-quality learning at scale. With new formats, smoother workflows, and richer multi-language capabilities, the Content experience will be more powerful and flexible than ever.

We're reimagining Auto-Curation to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience that empowers customers to effortlessly integrate, manage, and maintain third-party content with maximum impact and minimal effort.

We’re making it easy for you to access data quickly and seamlessly. With our new Thrive Data Warehouse capabilities, you can pull important information right when you need it — without any extra heavy lifting. This means you can easily track and report on how our Learning Platform is helping your company succeed.

Personalise and better promote your video content with images selected from the video you upload. Whether you’d like to personalise with a photo of a presenter, or a product shot from within the video, this feature uses AI to extract faces and images of people and suggest an appropriate thumbnail.

Pathways provide a curated journey for users to navigate through learning content. We’ve taken customer and learner feedback on board in order to refine user navigation, making the experience more intuitive and seamless for all.

Thrive already speaks to Slack and Teams, but we want it to do more. We know how important it is to meet your users where they're at, and by enhancing this integration it’ll be easier than ever to facilitate two-way data sharing and drive collaboration for both admins and learners across your business.

No matter the size of your organisation, audience management supports Admins to build audiences in a way that makes sense to your business, teams and organisational structure. The goal with this project is to review the functionality of Audiences and Structures within Thrive, reimagining how they are created, managed, utilised, and automated.

Imagine if Thrive could not only find what you're searching for, but also understand exactly who you are. Search is going to get a whole lot smarter by diving deep into what your learners need to know, who they are, and how we can tailor answers to perfection. We'll use AI technology to surface accurate and relevant answers -- not just from Thrive, but other essential sources of information for your business.

Events hosted in Thrive are more popular than ever, with customers managing and hosting both online and face-to-face event attendance. We've made creating and managing events simpler and more user friendly with admin features such as improved attendance tracking, more management features and wait list management as well as UI improvements that will support event visibility for end users making it easier than ever to discover and register to what's relevant for them.
