Where learning meets community
Spaces are collections of custom pages to serve specific groups with targeted information, collaboration, and community.
You’ll be able to build pages using drag-and-drop elements; whether you’re sharing key resources with a department, onboarding new joiners, or creating a hub for an employee group.
Spaces help you to deliver the right content to the right people, with the option to enable a social feed for discussions, updates, and peer-to-peer sharing. It’s where structured content meets social connection.

We’re expanding into the UAE with locally hosted services — delivering faster, more secure access and full compliance with PDPL, GDPR, and local regulations. Hosted via AWS and Microsoft Azure, and now with a refreshed UI that supports Arabic and right-to-left reading, Thrive is making it easier than ever for businesses in the region to scale learning, prove impact, and stay compliant.

Additional Managers
Empower your team to receive support from people other than their line manager. It's common to receive learning and development support from coaches, mentors and colleagues outside of your immediate manager. This enhancement will allow customers to configure individual employees' settings, enabling more than one manager at a time to view and support that employee within Thrive

Thrive Mobile App
White-Labelled App Store Publishing
We’re continuing to build on the strong foundations of the Thrive mobile app to deliver an even smoother and more capable learning experience on the go. Enhancing learner-facing features — from pathways, skills, and goals to mentoring, social interactions, and Kiki — ensures the mobile experience feels as powerful and intuitive as desktop. Enhancements like Offline Mode and Speech to Text will deepen the app’s flexibility and accessibility for learners in every environment.
We also have a branded app store experience for customers who want their own space, branding and name in the Google Play and App store. The white labelled Thrive App allows you to launch a fully customised mobile app complete with your brand name, logo, and identity that's separate from the core Thrive App which will still be available, whilst still receiving the frequent updates and improvements.

Events management
Events hosted in Thrive are more popular than ever, with customers managing and hosting both online and face-to-face event attendance. We've made creating and managing events simpler and more user friendly with admin features such as improved attendance tracking, more management features and wait list management as well as UI improvements that will support event visibility for end users making it easier than ever to discover and register to what's relevant for them.
