Nicola is the Head of Learning and Development at ENGINE. Having started her career as a programmer, she moved into L&D in 2002 and has since worked across a wide range of industries, both internally and as a learning consultant.
Nicola enjoys hands-on content creation and delivery as much as defining L&D strategy; using learning interventions to solve real business problems is what really inspires her passion.
