Looking further ahead; the long-term vision is a fully automated, rule-based notifications system that triggers the right communication at the right moment without any manual input. Connecting engagement, learning milestones, and business events, seamlessly. We’ll be laying the foundations for this before the end of 2026.

Looking further ahead; Adaptive Learning is the foundation for a platform that truly personalises the experience for every learner . In the not too distant future you’ll be able to adjust journeys based on role, location, seniority, and skills in real time.
