Chief Learning Officer Magazine has revealed the winners of its 2021 Learning in Practice Awards, and no organisation took home more awards than beauty’s biggest disruptor, DECIEM.

The Learning in Practice Awards has been recognising learning leaders who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of workforce L&D programs since 2003.

This year, Kristina Tsiriotakis, Global Director of Learning & Development at DECIEM, picked up five awards, including;

  • Gold in the Technology Award
  • Gold in the Business Impact Award
  • Silver in the Innovation Award
  • Bronze in the Trailblazer Award
  • Bronze in the Strategy Award

The Technology Award recognises DECIEM’s use of THRIVE after a hugely successful launch which saw them achieve 90% engagement across 1,000 employees, with an average of 83 minutes per week spent on self-directed learning.

DECIEM introduced the revolutionary Learning & Skills Platform to shrug off the shackles of face-to-face training and a dated, email-based comms strategy; engaging and connecting employees in over 15 different countries in the process.
