THRIVE welcomes new Head of People & Culture to drive ambitious engagement strategy
Sacha Harvey joins from Rum Kitchen, a THRIVE customer, to help maintain and evolve our culture and employee experience as we scale.
We recently welcomed engagement expert Sacha Harvey as our new Head of People & Culture to drive forward our ambitious people engagement strategy.
Sacha joins with more than 15 years’ experience in learning and development roles across the retail and hospitality sector. Most recently, she worked as People Director at Rum Kitchen, a THRIVE customer, where she pioneered new people strategies utilising the THRIVE platform.
Other previous roles include Head of Learning and Development at Byron, where Sacha led the L&D team through a major transitionary period, as well as senior leadership roles specialising in training at Harris + Hoole, Just Giving Inc and Arcadia Group.
The appointment comes as we continue to make heavy investments in our people strategy as part of our vision to become the modern employer of choice and one of the best places to work in the UK.
